“It is a balancing act,” said Two Point Hospital’s art director, Mark Smart during a Gamescom interview. He further said that “You can play it as a very functional level. Personally, I like to make everything look pretty. It’s always that delicate balancing act”.
If players put a coffee maker in the doctor’s office, doctors will go over and have a cup making them more energetic and can finish work fast. The downside though is that they would always have to go to the loo.
